Bright light golden colour with a green hue and young vivid bubbles. Pure young nose showing some chalky notes, lemongrass, pale stone fruit and fresh almond. The palate has a nice sleek texture, bone dry with a salivating acidity, rounded creaminess with elegant fruit, a hint of pastry and good length.
