Besserat de Bellefon – Cuvée des Moines Blanc de Blancs – NV

Bright light golden colour with an energetic young mousse. Rather creamy aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, yellow fruit and candied citrus. The palate is on the fuller side, youthful texture with a creamy mousse, a slight sweetness, rounded acidity and bold yellow fruit flavours leading to a fairly long finish. Slightly tropical and bold style of chardonnay.
