Pale straw colour, floral and spicy aromas of cardamom, pepper, clove and yellow fruit. Medium weight with well-preserved freshness, almost dry with a slight sensation of sweetness due to ripe yellow fruit flavours, mild spices on the finish and rather long persistence.
