France,
Alsace,
Bright light straw colour with a green hue and vivid fine bubbles. The nose is pure and aromatic with notes of crushed apple, pear, citrus, some herbal notes like mint, fresh herbs and some autolytic bread/brioche. The palate is medium bodied, still youthful, with a fresh backbone and creamy mousse, fresh white fleshed fruit, an herbal spiciness with notes of mint, and a creamy and generous finish with a fresh acidity underneath.
