Bright straw colour with vivid medium sized bubbles. Pure and nuanced nose with crushed nuts, citrus zest, stone fruit and a slight autolytic toastiness. Good bite on the palate, close to extra brut or rather low dosage with a crisp acidity and a mellow creaminess with nutty peach, citrus flavours and good persistency.
