Billecart Salmon – Brut Réserve – NV

Light golden colour with a copper hue and fairly youthful bubbles. Pure nose in a classic style, rather pinot dominated with raspberry, plum, pear and ripe citrus and a mild hint of lees derived brioche/butter. Medium weight with a gentle bitterness underneath, dosage on the lower side with a fresh backbone of acidity, youthful fruit with fine purity and a creamy finish with fine length.
