Rather deep pink with some maturity and a copper hue with fine mousse. Mature, complex and layered nose offering ripe red fruity notes crushed raspberry, plum, pain d´épice, brioche and toast. The palate is dense and voluminous with a mild mousse adding creaminess, low dosage and a fresh acidity restrain the opulent red fruity flavours, fine layers and nuance with both chalky freshness and ample pinot power leading to a long and substantial finish.
