Biondelli – Brut – 2013

Bright pink colour with a copper hue and fine bubbles. Pure and fresh nose with an herbal spiciness, citrus, fresh red berries and some brioche notes. The palate is still very young and restrained with herbal green flavours and a protruding bitterness, high acid and discreet fruit with a medium finish. A bit harsh and green.
