Biondelli – Brut – NV

Bright light golden colour with a mellow creaminess. Pure and perfumed with floral hints, yellow fruit, ripe lemon, ginger and some roasted nuts. The palate is still on the youthful side, some gentle bitterness, a fresh acidity and creamy mousse, and a medium to long on the finish. Still a bit restrained.
