Very pale colour, youthful with a pale straw nuance, slightly green hue. Pure and pristine noses. Not a really an aromatic variety. Rather some stone hints. Slight hint of almost like saltiness, with some lemon and lime zest. The palate is crisp and bright. Really juicy acidity. Light weight with discreet and youthful fruit. Some notes of green apple, with the lime and lemon zest. Lightweight balanced alcohol, very high acidity. Not in a negative way, but rather in the positive sense. Juicy and mouth-watering sensation. With medium towards long finish. A wine I suppose would be best enjoyed in its very youth. Thanks to the freshness and balance it should keep and develop for another three to four years.
