Bisol – Eliseo Bisol Cuvée del Fondatore – 2002

Deep, golden colour with tiny, fine bubbles. Very expressive nose of butterscotch, vanilla, yellow fruit and butter; the palate is rather full and creamy with a good level of freshness, elegant fruit and rather long finish.
