Medium deep ruby red colour. Youthful nose, slightly cooler with red fruit, an herbal spiciness, red pepper and cassis with discreet oak. The palate is medium bodied, still a bit tight and restrained with elegant red fruit, bay leaf, green herbs and some tobacco notes, a fairly long finish, but still tight needing time.
