Blaxsta Wine – Vidal Icewine – 2011

Medium to deep golden colour, very intense nose of apricot jam, yellow fruit, some exotic spiciness like lemongrass and ginger. The palate has good density and richness, high sweetness but well kept freshness, bold and juicy fruit, apricot, caramel and pineapple and a long, lingering finish.
