It is a light golden colour, very bright, with a quite fine mousse, vivid, but rather tiny bubbles. Fine nose here, still on the youthful side, but there is a mineral presence there; some stony notes, some flinty notes, slight hint of smoke there. In combination of quite ripe fruits, brings my mind more towards Chardonnay in terms of style; with hints of ripe citrus and some yellow stone fruit and also a hint of complexity from aging on the lees, like brioche, fresh butter. Good gripe on the palate there, really nice mouth-watering freshness. Nice and creamy mousse. In terms of structure, I would talk about something more in mid-range in terms of weight, like medium weight. But it has a nice flavour intensity with those elegant stone fruity notes, backed up by that sensation of minerality. Excellent freshness you get that mouth-watering sensation, with that nice and creamy mousse. Long vibrant finish. Still youthful I would be happily drink this today, but it is certainly a wine that will continue to gain complexity.
