Dark bright garnet with a lighter ruby rim. Some maturity yet youthful fruit notes, crushed dark berries, plum, sloe berry, anoseed, tobacco and mild oak spiciness. Dense and concentrated palate with a fresh backbone, ripe tannin but a youthful texture with liquorice, tobacco and mint notes leading to a long and meaty finish.
