Bodega Carabal – Cávea – 2012

Dark purple colour. New oak, roasted notes, almond and ripe dark fruit on the nose. The palate is dense and concentrated with a certain maturity, high extract and tannin, starting to soften, ripe black fruit, plum and cassis with dry spices, moderate oak and a long dense finish.
