Dense dark purple core. High ripeness on the nose, blackberry and crème de cassis with crushed pepper and a mild hint of oak. Very nice density on the palate, still youthful with massive tannins but no hard edges, long and powerful finish with spicy dark fruit flavours. A big wine that needs another few years in the cellar and should age effortlessly.
