Medium deep amber with an orange hue. Intense and mature nose offering a sensation of sweetness like dried fruit, hazelnut, tobacco, fine wood and autolytic yeast/flor notes. The palate has a bright freshness, textured like a sweet wine but classically bone dry with fine nutty notes, moderate oxidation, some candied fruit, chocolate and a grippy long finish with digestive and salivating qualities.
