Light golden colour. Mature and complex nose showing some herbal notes like chamomile, hazelnut, citrus and fine wood with good autolytic character. The palate is broad and powerful yet in a slim body with good purity and freshness, salty and refreshing with nutty notes, some fruity notes of pear and citrus with a very good length and complex aftertaste.
