Bodega Inurrieta – Mimao – 2021

Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose offering wild herbs, fennel, white fleshed fruit and some stony notes without any indication of oak. The palate is pure and precise with good volume, a fresh backbone, herb infused pale fruit wth some spicy and peppery fennel like notes and a long bright finish.
