Dark inky core with a purple hue. Still a youthful nose that displays, ripe dark fruit, cherry, cassis, white pepper and mild oak. The palate is dense and fresh with peppery dark berry flavors, a fresh and well kept acidity underneath, grainy tannin, balanced oak and a fine length.
