Dark ruby core and a lighter rim. Some evolution on the nose, generous and spicy with sweet plum, dark berries, pepper and herbs. Good grip on the palate, quite full, still with a tannic presence but nice juicy fruit and a peppery, rather long finish, ripe & warm but good freshness adds balance.
