Argentina,
Patagonia,
Youthful and dark, very dark ruby-red colour. The nose is starting off with some balmy notes, some hints of mint. There is some new oak. Quite high level of ripeness there. Some volified balmy notes there and a lot of sweet ripe fruit. Palate has medium weight. In terms of texture, it is quite rounded here with moderate tannins. The ripeness is not as high as the nose indicated. Quite a mix of red and dark berries; with plum, red berries, some mild spices. The oak feels pretty integrated as well. Quite juicy, but with a good freshness. Rather tempting to drink now, with a medium weight, medium length. It is a more discreet and restrained style, still with very generous and opulent fruit. So enjoy.
