Bodega Pirineos – Monasterio del Pueyo – 2020

Bright light golden colour. Pure nose, aromatic with some grapey notes, litchie, yellow plum and dry spices. The palate starts out with a sense of sweetness but there´s plenty of freshness and it finishes dry and crisp.
