Bright light golden with a green hue. Pure and aromatic nose offering yellow plum, beeswax, rose petal, cardamom and cinnamon. The palate is ample but well restrained by a fresh level of acidity a balanced bitterness and peppery flavours give lift to the unctuous fruit, long, spicy and exotic finish in a pure fresh style.
