Inky dark core with a purple hue. Pure and floral nose offering violet, rose petal, blackberry, kirsch and cassis with mild oak underneath. The palate shows good density but mild extraction, fine tannins and a refreshing acidity, dark berry flavours with some meaty, smoky and peppery notes leading on to a long and digest finish.
