A dense purple core and a slightly aged rim. The nose offers floral hints, violet, blackberry, cherry, mild oak, tobacco and fine spice with some aged complexity. The palate is dense and powerful, with fine extract, grainy tannin, layers of spicy dark fruit, licorice, mild oak, and a very long meaty finish.
