Bodega RJ Viñedos – Joffré e Hijas Premium Malbec – 2014

Intense dark purple colour. Violet and dark berries on the nose, with modest oak, pepper and clove notes. The palate has a high density with good proportions, ripe but young tannin, a layered spiciness, crushed blackberry, plum and berry notes with tobacco and fine wood notes. Very good grip and length, a modest ripeness with fresh backbone, digest and spicy dark fruit, good grip and a long lingering finish.
