Light golden colour with youthful lively mousse. Some toastiness, crushed nuts and brioche with citrus and stone fruit. The palate has a good bite, more classic style with a good firmness and bite, creamy and nutty with pale stone fruit, good grip and length, closer to Champagne in style than many of the other sparkling.
