Deep purple core. High ripeness on the nose, some dried fruit like prune, and dried cherry with liquorice and aniseed. The palate has medium weight and high extract, slightly tannic with restrained fruit, moderate oak and a medium to long finish. A youthful and extracted wine still needing time to soften.
