Inky dark purple colour. Spicy dark fruit, slightly smoky with some mint and herbal notes. The palate is ample and structured with youthful tannin, rather Cabernet structure still young but no hard edges, dark berries, cassis and an herbal spiciness with a long fresh finish. Should be cellared a few more years to gain roundness and complexity but fine potential.
