Dark inky core with a ruby rim. The nose has some development and nuance, spice box, dark berries, new oak and tapenade. The palate is dense and chewy with powdery firm tannins, balanced acidity, rather ripe and warm mid palate, sweet dark fruit and medium to long finish.
