Intense dark ruby red core. Mature nose, dried fruit, leather, tobacco and sweet dark fruit. Dense palate, still a youthful texture and certain tannic bite, layers of ripe dark fruit, prune, liquorice and spicy notes, and a long and persistent finish. Potent but still a bit on the tannic side.
