Dense purple core but a mature ruby rim. Mature nose with complex notes of tobacco, smoke, fine spices, dark berries and cassis. Dense palate with a rigid structure, layers of inky dark fruit with cocoa and fine spices, a gentle smokiness and a long and lingering finish. Complex, layered and very Bordeaux-like.
