Intense dark purple hue. Fine nose, high ripeness, yet nuanced with some stony notes, crushed dark berries, creme de cassis, discreet oak and fine spices. The palate is still youthful with a tannic presence, although ripe tannin, a fresh acidity, juicy dark fruit with blackberry, cassis, peppery and spicy notes with a very long and dense finish. Youthful and nicely restrained but should certainly develop very well.
