Bodega Zuccardi – Finca Los Membrillos Cabernet Sauvignon – 2020

Lovely purity and finesse showing ripe, yet cool dark fruit where cassis, dark plum, fine leather, tobacco meet shichimi spices, and aromatic herbaceousness, some flinty/stony note, no indication of oak. The palate shows great intensity, freshness and purity with plenty of volume and fine-grained, refreshing tannins, al-dente and savoury fruit with a good "stony"presence leading on to a long and lingering finish.
