Bodega Zuccardi – Fósil – 2020

Bright light golden with a green hue. Absolute purity on the nose, with more tone and chalk than fruit, the latter is pale like white peach, ripe citrus, some herbal and lemongrass notes. Bright palate with good concentration, vivid acidity and fine extract, more length and flavour intensity than boldness with a chalky presence, fine hazelnut and fresh butter notes with a very long and saline finish.
