Bodegas Baigorri – Blanco Fermentado en Barrica – 2015

Light golden colour, rich and aromatic nose with nicely ripe fruit, rather unctuous with some nutty notes, a gentle hint of oak and yellow fruit notes. Good grip on the palate, zesty notes and a citrus bitterness, rounded acidity and a long, rather ripe and warm finish with a hint of roasted oak. Modern style with plenty of pleasure.
