Inky dark purple colour. Ripe dark fruit, cassis, bay leaf, herbal notes and sweet plum with mild oak. The palate is dense and chewy with finely distributed tannin, ripe and warm, some alcohol on the taste but nice dark fruit and freshness on the finish.
