Bodegas Bilbainas – Viña Pomal Vinos Singulares – 2014

Light golden colour. Some new oak on the nose with vanilla, butter and yellow fruit, rather exotic. The palate is more restrained with some herbal and vegetal flavours like fennel and green herbs with a very crisp acidity, some creamy and buttery notes with ripe citrus and a long finish. Quite distinct style, interesting for sure.
