Bodegas Covitoro – Gran Cermeño – 2013

Dark purple core. Generous nose, still youthful with some oak paired with floral dark fruit and some peppery notes. Dense and full bodied palate, still an oak presence but otherwise integrated tannin, juicy dark fruit and plenty of spice on the finish. Good persistency, should develop well and the oak soften from further ageing.
