Bodegas Escudero – Solar de Becquer Gran Reserva – 2004

Dense core but lighter tawny rim. Sweet and mature nose of leather, dried fruit, prune, mocha and caramel. Soft and mature palate starting to dry out, gentle oxidation but still with a certain old fashioned charm and long spicy finish.
