Argentina,
Cafayate Valley,
Youthful white wine, not a lot of colour intensity here, light straw nuance, very bright. Lovely nose, it is a very aromatic style, very Muscat like rather volatile in this case I would say. With hints of freshly crushed grapes, there is also some spicy notes. Lively and floral, really inviting. I really like this, it is really cheerful and pleasant style. With that lush, hints of those freshly crushed grapes. Balanced bitterness like the grape skin, good freshness with a lot of zest. It leaves a lot of fruit on the aftertaste. I think it is a really well made wine. Something to enjoy rather I would say, aperitif style, even though I think it is a serious wine. At the beginning of the meal, there is a lot of nice dishes to be paired with it. A style I like more and more. Good.
