Bodegas Fos – 2015

Light to medium deep colour. Fresh nose with a nice perfume of floral notes, pepper, herbs and red berries. The palate has medium weight with a fine spiciness and fresh red fruit, rather soft texture carbonic maceration style, but yet with depth and layers, good length and attractive spiciness. I really love this drinkability and freshness! Something to have a case of and drink well chilled.
