Bodegas Fos – Baranda – 2012

Dark and inky core, starting to lose some colour at the rim. The nose is still young and modern with layers of dark fruit, blackberry, plum, cassis, some new oak and smoke. The palate shows a high concentration with plenty of extract and generous new oak, plump dark fruit, very modern and styled but with good freshness and balance all along, still youthful but should develop well.
