Bodegas Fundador Harvey – Amontillado – NV

Light orange colour with an amber hue. Very intense yet fine nose, still with some fresh yeast/flor notes and modest oxidation with hazelnut, tobacco, fine wood and candied orange zest. The palate has intense flavour in a medium body with great freshness and persistent flavours, crushed nuts and bitter citrus flavours leading to a long complex finish. Very salivating and fresh despite a fine maturity.
