Bodegas Fundador Harvey – Palo Cortado – NV

Medium deep amber/orange colour. Floral nose with candied orange, roasted notes and hazelnut, some flor/yeasty notes present despite the maturity. Very complex and layered palate with a mature nuttiness, salivating acidity fine wood and some flavours of dried fruit. The aftertaste is long, persistent and complex with nutty flavours and a fresh bite, complex with great drinkability.
