Bodegas Hermanos Fernandez – Elatus – 2016

Dark garnet colour with a purple hue. Pure nose offering sage, aniseed, wild berries, plum and some new oak. Medium weight on the palate, generous fruit with sloe berry, some herbaceous spiciness, tobacco and a hint of oak, fresh and savoury with good length.
