Bodegas Hermanos Fernandez – Elatus – 2019

Bright light golden colour. Pure and exotic nose, mild (if any) oak with fresh grape, floral hints, pear and peach. Medium weight with a fresh grip, crisp acidity, mild extract, some almond and marzipan notes, a slight creaminess, rather due to lees than oak ageing, finely balanced with bright young fruit and a good length.
