Medium deep pink colour with an orange hue. Intense nose, a hint of toast, perhaps oak? Layers of red fruit, plum, cherry and mild spices. Rather full palate, fresh acidity and flavours of pink grape, crushed berries, a slight tannic texture with bold red fruit and a rather long finish. A structured and meaty rosé.
